Using the Tried & Tested resources, David will discuss the impact ammonia emissions have on health and the environment, Defra reduction targets and practical reduction methods.

Methods and cost benefits for the following will be included:

  • Slurry and manure storage
  • Slurry applications
  • Livestock housing and nutrition

Your local CSF Officer will be available on the day to discuss opportunities for grant funding and advice.
